Making fresh pasta doesn’t have to be daunting. And once you have mastered making the dough, it can actually be an easy way to make dinner in no time at all! Cook pasta dishes and sauces as good as your favourite Italian pasta restaurant and learn many new cooking techniques.
What you will do:
Whip up your own pasta dough from scratch, then roll it out using an Imperia pasta machine.
Transform your dough into 3 beautiful shapes – tagliatelle, farfalle and vermicelli.
Unlock the secrets to 3 simple sauces and learn all you need to know about pairing them with pasta.
Cook up a storm with your own creamy sauce. Take a seat at our chef’s table to tuck into your fresh pasta dish, alongside a simple salad rustled up by your chef.
What you will eat & drink:
Game-changing homemade pasta.
3 delicious pasta sauces – a fresh baked tomato sauce, an elegant herby butter and a creamy sauce.
